Loading ...The Phoenix Suns have acquired Marcus Morris from the Houston Rockets in exchange for a second round draft pick, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Morris is the twin brother of current Suns forward Markieff Morris as the brothers will team up again for the first time since their college days at Kansas. The brothers were taken with consecutive picks in the 2011 draft with Markieff going 13th overall to the Suns and Marcus going 14th overall to the Rockets.
Marcus is averagin 8.6 points per game and 4.1 rebounds in 21 minutes per game for the Rockets. He has also started 17 of the 54 games he has played in this year.
